RETURN AND REFUNDPOLICY

In the interest of hygiene, all jewelry are excluded from exchanges and returns. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety considerations and to prevent spread of possible infections. However, if you believe you encounter this following events please open your dispute to us for the exchange, return or refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received or missing items

If you believe you have received the wrong item or your item are missing, contact us at Silverlightningjewelry@gmail.comwithin 3-5 days of receiving your order.. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot/video of incorrect product received.

  • Defective Item Received

If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at Silverlightningjewelry@gmail.comwithin 3-5 days of receiving your order. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot/video of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect. Upon receiving your email, our Customer Care Officer will assess your situation on a case by case basis.

 

Exchange/Refund criteria

  • Only “Incorrect Item Received or missing items” and “Defective Item Received” are eligible to return.

  • Items purchased within the Sale section are non-returnable.

  • Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn.

  • For all items packed with boxes, both item and its box must be returned in its original conditions. SilverLightning will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return item.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received.

  • Silverlightning will process the compensation only when the return meets all the above conditions.

  • Refund will be process through the same payment channel that you made.
